At fastbuyer.store, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In the same condition as received
• Unused and undamaged
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase or order details

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact you to collect the necessary details for processing the refund.

Please allow reasonable processing time after approval for the refund to reach you.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, fastbuyer.store may cover the applicable return shipping cost after reviewing the issue.

For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.
